1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with.
- Products returned after the 48-hour window.
- Clearance or promotional items marked as “non-returnable”.
2. Return Process
If your order meets the return conditions:

- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and pictures of the product (if damaged).
- Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you on the return steps.
- Return the item to the address provided by our team (return shipping may apply).
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method (Paystack, Flutterwave, or bank transfer).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
4. Exchanges
We may replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:
- First check your bank account or payment provider.
- Then contact your bank or payment processor as processing times may vary.
